HELP   Shipping Information Chophouse Records can ship to virtually any address in the world.   Shipping Methods For shipment of all items, we use the United States Postal Service as our preferred mail carrier. For domestic shipments within the U.S., we ship all items via First-Class Mail. For international shipments to Canada, Mexico, Japan, and all other countries, we ship all items via Airmail Letter-Post or Global Priority Mail.   Delivery Time For domestic shipments within the U.S., the average delivery time is 3-5 days. For international shipments to Canada, Mexico, Japan, and all other countries, the average delivery time is 10 days.   Payment Methods We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, and JCB for all items purchased online from our Web site. If you do not have a credit card, we will also accept postal money orders for most orders. We do not accept personal checks or cash.   Credit Cards Chophouse Records accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, and JCB so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Chophouse Records has partnered with Bank of America to ensure all credit card information is handled securely. To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers provided to Chophouse Records are stored on the Bank of America server, not ours. Your number is not stored anywhere else. It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an email if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Chophouse Records does not currently support the Verified by Visa program. You can still use your Visa credit card as payment for an order, but you will not be asked to enter your Verified by Visa password.   Postal Money Orders In addition to credit cards, we accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for most orders. Once again, all postal money orders must be denominated in U.S. dollars. Paying by money order does slow down your order somewhat, as we do not ship the items to you until your funds clear. Money orders typically delay your order two to three weeks. If you choose to pay by money order, you must send payment to the address below, once you have visited our online store and completed the ordering process. During the checkout process, make sure you select Postal Money Order as your Payment Method. Please be sure to print out your order information and send this printed Order Confirmation in with your Postal Money Order. This ensures we properly process your purchase in a timely manner. The money order must be made payable to Chophouse Records, Inc. Make sure you write your Name and Order Number on the money order.
