The Chophouse Returns Policy

Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD that you have purchased from Chophouse Records for a full refund of the item price (not including shipping and tax-related costs).

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Chophouse Records. We cannot accept returns of any CD, DVD, VHS tape, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap); any clothing item; any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts; or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

For all returned items, the customer is responsible for payment of all shipping-related costs incurred for returning the item(s) to Chophouse Records.

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:

1. Pack the item(s) along with the original Invoice/Packing Slip (receipt) securely in a suitable mailer. You can use the mailer the items arrived in or another mailer, if you prefer.

2. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box. The Ship To address should be:

3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.

We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
